  1. Clicking Sound

This is an indication that the juicer is being fed too rapidly.  Clear juicing chamber by holding the tamper down with one hand while applying downward pressure on the nose of the body with the other hand.

  2. Dripping black or brown oil

Possible seal failure. Discontinue use of the juicer and contact the Service Department.

  3. Food backing up

This is normal since juicer works on continuously feeding the chamber - a back-pressure system. Remember to alternate stringy vegetables with pulpy produce. For example, juice celery alternating with apple or carrot.

  4. Juice is hot

Either the produce is being fed too slowly or the cutter blades are dull.

  6. Motor section running warm

After a prolonged period of juicing, the motor case may become uncomfortably warm to the touch.  When this happens, it is recommended that the juicer be turned off, parts cleaned and reassembled.  Wait 15 to 30 minutes before resuming juicing.

  7. Motor will not start

Juicer will not start unless all parts are in position. Check screen holder sensor located closest to motor hub for possible damage.
