MUESLI
- 3-4 apples, peeled and quartered
- 2 tablespoons raw oats (soak overnight) (optional)
- 1/2 cup pitted dates or figs
Homogenize all ingredients in order given. Stir and eat as is or use as a breakfast cereal with milk. The fruits may be varied, but always use 1 orange to avoid quick oxidation.
