BREAKFAST FOODS 

MUESLI

  • 3-4 apples, peeled and quartered
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons raw oats (soak overnight) (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon wheatgerm
  • 1/2 cup pitted dates or figs
  • 1/2 cup nuts or almonds
  • sugar to sweeten

Homogenize all ingredients in order given. Stir and eat as is or use as a breakfast cereal with milk. The fruits may be varied, but always use 1 orange to avoid quick oxidation.
